6. Cancellations And Refunds Deposits are required upon confirmation of an estimate and are non-refundable. Cancellation of booked services does not qualify for a refund. Any payments or deposits made will be retained in accordance with our booking and cancellation policy.

Intellectual Property All content included on our website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of Premier Tree Specialists or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property.
